Surfin' Betty's Burger Bar is open at 12701 Coastal Highway, on the corner of 127th Street, in the space Tony Luke's cheesesteaks occupied until it closed. It is the chain's third location and its second in Ocean City.
The pitch is pasture-raised beef, hand-spun milkshakes, beer, and outdoor seating — north-end burger-bar rather than boardwalk counter. Online ordering is live under the name Surfin' Betty's Burger Bar North OC.
One thing we have not reconciled: the January reporting called this the chain's second Ocean City location and the May round-up called it a third location overall. Both can be true at once and probably are, but we have not counted the outlets ourselves. The guide now carries a page for it, with that disagreement recorded on the record rather than resolved.

The business's own ordering page confirms the address and that it is trading. The menu details and the 'third location' count come from other outlets and have not been confirmed with the business.
