The take
The north end got a burger bar this year, in the corner unit that sold cheesesteaks as Tony Luke's until it closed. What the sources will vouch for is the meat, the milkshakes, a beer list and tables outside — north-end burger bar rather than boardwalk counter — and an online order page trading under the North OC name. Nobody from this guide has eaten here, and the chain's own site had not caught up with this address when we wrote this, so take the address as good and judge the rest for yourself.
