The take
The white-tablecloth answer to an OC sunset: a bayfront institution at 60th St where every night the 1812 Overture plays as the sun drops, timed so the finale lands just as it disappears. Dinner runs upscale — seafood and prime rib — and the bar keeps going till 2am. Come for the ritual even if you only order a drink.
