The take
Not a visitor stop — a working municipal building that earns its place in the record twice. It appears on the first slide of the town's 2010 Homeland Security briefing, in a list of what someone might attack that begins with the beach and the Boardwalk and ends with special events. And it leaked: the City Engineer reported a number of leaks in it during the hard wind-driven rains of Hurricane Irene in 2011.
