Richard Fuller Hall, 58, described by the Peninsula Enterprise as a 'prominent and successful real estate developer and well known business man' of Ocean City, Md., died at Peninsula General Hospital in Salisbury at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 7, 1961, of a second coronary thrombosis within 48 hours — the first had struck at his Ocean City home that Thursday noon.
