Operated a concession on the south end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, in a building directly opposite the property of Samuel and Sadye Margolis. The Margolises held that his building obstructed their view of the ocean and created a crowded condition in the locality. On 28 July 1945 they signed a sealed agreement not to interfere with or exert their rights against him for the Season 1945, in consideration of a payment from him whose amount is left blank on the instrument.

Samuel and Sadye Margolis agreed in July 1945 not to act against the boardwalk concession that blocked their ocean view, in return for a payment left blank on the instrument.
A typed and sealed agreement filed with the town recites that Nathan Rapaport of Ocean City operated a concession on the south end of the Boardwalk just opposite the Margolises' property; that the building in which he operated was objectionable to them 'in that same obstructs the view of the Ocean and creates a crowded condition in the locality proper'; and that Rapaport had asked leave to continue his concession for the Season 1945 without action being taken. In consideration, the Margolises acknowledged receipt from Rapaport of a sum - the amount is left blank on the page - as part or full payment for their forbearance in exercising their rights and action against him for the season. Dated the 28th day of July 1945 and signed under seal by Samuel Margolis and Sadye Margolis, witnessed as to both.
