Isaac H. West
Of Pocomoke City; ran the Herring Cottage at Ocean City for the 1921 season. "The Herring is nicely located being on the board walk and only a few doors from the Atlantic Hotel. So far this season the management has been doing very well, quite a number of Pocomoke City people having made reservations, either for short or long periods. He is in position to do still further business and asks the patronage of his friends and the public generally."
