Howard B. Ensign

President of the Maryland Steamboat Company, which in July 1881 bought 566 feet of wharf on the Wicomico at Salisbury and opened a direct Baltimore–Ocean City service by the steamer Kent and the Wicomico & Pocomoke Railroad, $4.50 round trip.
