Keeper of the North Beach Coast Guard station near Ocean City. Reported confined to his home with influenza for a fortnight in February 1923; on Sunday 2 November 1924 his house at Ocean City was wrecked in the fire that began when a coal-oil stove exploded in Samuel M. Quillen's cottage.
