Jones Taylor in Maryland Laws of 1868, chapter 29, as an incorporator of the Atlantic Hotel Company of Berlin — the company chartered to build the sea-shore hotel that opened in 1875 as the Atlantic and gave Ocean City its start. Nothing further established.
