Of West Chester, Pennsylvania. President of the Fenwick Island Land Company, which in 1906 bought most of Fenwick Island for a summer resort, and a director of the Baltimore and Ocean City Railway Company, the monorail scheme meant to serve it from Baltimore through Ocean City.
