Elisha Collins

A fish huckster of Bishopville, Worcester County, unmarried and living with his sister, who sailed down to Ocean City on Friday 12 July 1901 to buy a load of fish, loaded his boat, was last seen intoxicated that night, and was found floating in Sinepuxent Bay near the Atlantic wharf two days later. It was supposed he fell from one of the piers. He is one of the very few Ocean City working men of 1901 whom the record names at all.
