Cornelius F. Collins

Member of the Ocean City city council who resigned his seat in the spring of 1899. At the council meeting of 5 June 1899, after Mayor James Z. Powell resigned and Clayton J. Purnell was elected to succeed him, Powell was elected to the council in Collins's place. He is known only from that transaction, reported the same week by the county paper and by a Delaware weekly.
