The Danish energy developer whose Skipjack lease area would carry 69 turbines twenty miles from Ocean City, the further of the two Round 2 offshore wind projects the Maryland Public Service Commission approved over the town's objections. It appears in the record chiefly as the counterparty the town's own consultants had to be cleared against: SLR International had done a small job for Ørsted in the past, which the City Manager disclosed when recommending the contract.
