Trade association whose summer convention met at the Atlantic Hotel, Ocean City, on 6 September 1917. Its president, Ernest D. Stierner of Easton, gave the address of welcome; Leon E. Tschantre of Cambridge, elected secretary at the meeting, John A. McKenna of Philadelphia, P. A. Clark of Bridgeport and G. M. Fisher also spoke. It is one of two trade bodies recorded at Ocean City in 1917, the other being the Maryland Pharmaceutical Association, whose thirty-fifth annual convention sat at the same hotel from Monday night to Friday noon in mid-July.
