Baltimore City company that in the autumn of 1892 took 307 acres and 1 rood at the north end of the Worcester County beach. From the Real Estate Transfers column of the Democratic Messenger, 1 October 1892: "The Atlantic Coast Improvement Co., of Baltimore city, from Albion J. Corning and wife, all that tract or parcel of land called 'Speedwell' lying in Worcester county, Md., at or near Fenwick's Island Light House lot, containing 307 acres and 1 rood of land." It is the earliest development company the campaign has at the Maryland–Delaware end of the island, eight miles north of the Sinepuxent Beach Company's lots, and it appears in the county paper for 1892 exactly once.
